    Law of the European Union

    Introduces students to the legal system of the European Union, the law making and judicial processes and a number of discrete areas where European Union law is particularly advanced, including external relations, competition, human and social rights, environmental law and free movement of goods, services, capital and persons. Review of historical and political context, emphasis on the founding Treaties, legal structure and instruments, case law and process.
