Jurisprudence
A wide variety of topics are considered in order to develop a theoretical framework for the purpose and function of law in society. Various schools of jurisprudential thought are analyzed, including the Natural Law school, the Positivist school, Pure Theory school, the Sociological school, the American and Scandinavian Realist schools as well as Historical and Anthropological Jurisprudence.
